Site review: FitYoungMen.com (updated!)

Nick Baker, the owner of Englishlads.com has started a brand new site in January. He’s a professional freelance photographer, earlier photography was just his hobby. Englishlads.com was the first site that I’ve signed up for after I had seen some photos about Jerry Vale. Since then I follow Nick’s work and the updates of Englishlads.com.

He wrote the following about the site:

“FitYoungMen.com opened at the beginning of 2010 and during January was updated every day with a new model. Since then the site will be updated twice a week, on Sundays and Wednesdays.

This is a photography website and the models we choose to work with are very athletic and sport has been a large part of their background. Very few of the lads have modelled before and so you won’t be able to see them any where else. The photo sets are based around the model’s main sport; some in their kit and mostly out of it. My aim was to show off men at about their physical peak, linking their athletic body to the sport that shaped it. The typical shoot shows the model in their sports kit, in underwear and subtle nude shots. I wanted to focus on the models body with subtle eroticism, its mostly shot in the studio and I use lighting to exaggerates body definition and many of the models were happy to get semi aroused to show it off at its prime! Some though couldn’t help themselves and once semi, decided they were happy to get fully hard and cover their abs in cum! There are just a couple of models that are not nude.

My background in photography took a turn in 2002 when I took the plunge and started earning my living selling my photographs, originally nothing to do with photographing people! I started photographing a few friends who had asked me to do a few portfolio style shots and a few months later I arranged a studio shoot with a model and the result can be seen in Matt’s photos. This was my first arty nude male shoot and a few shoots later I was approached by models who wanted to do more erotic stuff; that was the birth of my website EnglishLads! From these early shoots to the present day I have photographed many models that I have not published before, some of them a few of you may recognise as they went on to model for EnglishLads but many of them you can see on this new site for the first time.

My approach to photography is always the same; we do not style models, we do not use make-up, we use models that look after themselves and the photographs are shot as we need them and not manipulated.

If you like athletic men who are natural on camera you are bound to like our models.”

About the site:
The design is great, clear, there aren’t any annoying and/or unnecessary things. Easy to use it, and easy to browse it.

When I write this review there are 46 models in the member’s area. In the front page you can read some infos about the models: name, age, and his sport.

When you choose a model, you can vote him (1-5 stars), you can write your opinion, comment on this photoset, and you can nominate photos for Photo Award. There are categories, like “sexy abs”, “best smile”, “best hard on”, “best soft cock”, “cute bum”, “come to bed eyes”, “most athletic”, “best tattoo”, “best bush”, “sexiest pose”.

A photoset contains about min. 40 photos. The size of the photos are 600×900. The most of the models are nude (and semi or hard!), just a couple of models that are not nude. There aren’t zip files, so you can’t download the photos in 1 zip file. Photo set zips are available once the membership has run for 120 consecutive days.

There are update twice a week: Wednesday and Sunday.
